Timothy Sawyer, Ph.D.
Tim Sawyer, who began working as a technical writer for the Continuum of Care project in March 2011, has over twenty years of experience working as a writer in both the public and private sectors. Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Tim has lived in Albuquerque since 1993. Prior to that time he also lived in northern Delaware for two years during the 1980s, where he earned a Master’s degree in English in 1986. He earned his doctoral degree in English from the University of New Mexico in 2001; his dissertation subject involved literature and the environment. During the ten years prior to joining Continuum of Care, Tim worked for seven years as a Public Information Representative for the Division of Student Affairs at the University of New Mexico, and then as a writer and researcher for a private historic preservation firm.
